Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 September 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TRUSTY CRUSTY LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter James Heenan, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 May 2009 at 2.00pm.
