Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 June 2009 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VIEWFINDER NORTH SHORE LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 23 July 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
