Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 May 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KAIAPOI HARDWARE COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter Richard Watson, of 83 Porangahau Road, Waipukurau, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 June 2009 at 4.00pm.
