Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 7 May 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VDBKP LIMITED be liquidated and that Clifford Whitelaw, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 May 2009.
