Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 8 June 2009 at 4.30pm, the shareholders of the
above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243(8) and 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
