Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 May 2009, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), that WHITEONWHITE LIMITED be liquidated and that Haydn Walter Ash, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 May 2009 at 3.00pm.
