Termination of Liquidation
The order of liquidation dated the 4th day of November 2008, against THE LOADED HOG FRANCHISE COMPANY LIMITED, of Bayleys Building, corner of Brandon Street and Lambton Quay, Wellington, was terminated by order of the Wellington High Court, pursuant to section 250(1) of the Companies Act 1993, with effect from 15 December 2008.
