Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 May 2009 at 9.30am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that having ceased trading on
31 December 2008, NORTHERN BUSINESS COLLEGE LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter John Kendall, chartered accountant of Takapuna, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of NORTHERN BUSINESS COLLEGE LIMITED fixes 22 June 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
