Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that SEMINAR MARKETING LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 18 May 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 May 2009 at 9.07am.
