On 19 May 2009 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Jeffrey Nicholas Couch and Glen Gernhoefer, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 May 2009 at 10.00am.
The liquidators do hereby fix 24 June 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
