Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 18 May 2009 at 2.35pm, the shareholders of WALLERBARROW LODGE LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 30 June 2009.
