Termination of Liquidation
The order of liquidation dated 27 April 2009, against HELIHUNT ‘N’ FISH TAUPO LIMITED, of 106 Horomatangi Street, Taupo, was terminated by order of
the Rotorua High Court, pursuant to section 250(1)
of the Companies Act 1993, with effect from 13 May
2009.
