Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TUBE FAB 2005 LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 May 2009 at 2.30pm.
We fix 16 June 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
