Malcolm Grant Hollis and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators of VCOMMS LIMITED, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 May 2009 at 12.10pm.
We fix 16 June 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
