Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, insolvency practitioners were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHINGLE ROOFING CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) on 1 May 2009 at 10.54am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of SHINGLE ROOFING CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 2 June 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
