Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The shareholders of PARKGROVE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED and TGWR HOLDINGS LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Wednesday, 6 May 2009 at 10.00am.
Creditors of the companies are to file their claims with the liquidator, and to establish any priority their claims may have, on or before 20 working days from the date of this notice.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
