John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of TIHEMA CONTRACTORS LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 May 2009 at 10.20am.
We fix 6 July 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
