Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Andrew John Dinsdale, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 April 2009 at 11.20am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 12 June 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
