Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 4 May 2009 at 3.35pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
UNION HOUSE LEASE LIMITED be liquidated and
that Stephen Mark Lawrence and Anthony John McCullagh, insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery
& Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 10 June 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
