Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditor to Claim
On 30 April 2009 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BETTY B 2 PTY LIMITED be liquidated and that Brian Manson Spooner be appointed liquidator.
All known creditors have been paid on due dates and a declaration of solvency certified.
The liquidator fixes 30 June 2009, is the date by which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
