Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Nigel Milton, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 5 May 2009.
The liquidation commenced on 5 May 2009, being the date of my consent to my appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of MOUNT WELLINGTON HIGHWAY LIMITED, I fix 5 June 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
It should be noted that the company has sold its business assets and has ceased business operations.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.
