Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 5 May 2009, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FALKIRK FARMS LIMITED
be liquidated and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 May 2009 at 12.00 midday.
