Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 April 2009 at 3.25pm, it was resolved by
special resolution of the shareholder that AVRIL DELL ENTERPRISES LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 25 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Further, I give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar
the liquidator's first and final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 5 June 2009.
