Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 30 April 2009 at 10.00am, appointed John Maurice Leonard and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.
The directors have completed a certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company will be able to pay its debts on the appointment of the liquidators.
The undersigned does hereby fix 28 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or
to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
