Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that IBERICOS URBAN FOODS LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 April 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 29 April 2009 at 2.45pm.
