Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 December 2008 at the
times stated below:

- MIT PLASTERING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.57am.
- SILVER RIVER LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.00 midday.
- FISIIPEAU LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.22pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 15 March 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
