Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 1 April 2009 at 10.30am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ARISTOCRAT MOTOR HOMES LIMITED be placed into liquidation and that Gael Hotchin, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 1 April 2009 at 10.30am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 2 June 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
