Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies

Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 29 May 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
