Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 21 April 2009 at 2.30pm, passed a resolution appointing Colin Ian Devcich, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator does hereby fix
15 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
