On 17 April 2009 at 9.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPRINGFIELD DAIRY FARM LIMITED (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Sharon Wedlock, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
