Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 April 2009 at the times stated:

- UNITED VIDEO (NELSON) LIMITED
(in receivership) at 10.12am.
- UNITED VIDEO (FENDALTON) LIMITED at 10.14am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 20 May 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
