On 25 March 2009 at 8.00am, John Albert Price and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioners
of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of ROADSIDE SERVICES (NZ) LIMITED by the shareholder of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 26 May 2009, as the last day on which the creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
