On 17 April 2009 at 9.58am, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of CITY BUSINESS FURNITURE LIMITED by the shareholders of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 29 May 2009,
as the last day on which the creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
