Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on 22 April 2009 at 11.27am, when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Auckland.
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
