Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
By order of the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 24 March 2009 at 11.20am.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 25 May 2009.
