Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that J R TAILING AND CRUTCHING LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 April 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 April 2009 at 10.30am.
