Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 16 April 2009, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243(8) and 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
In accordance with Regulation 12 of the Liquidation Regulations 1994, I do fix 20 May 2009, to be the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
