Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 April 2009 at 1.10pm, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that THE WEALTHCARE GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert
Ross Horton be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 15 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
