Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 15th day of April 2009:
“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that
the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved
that the company is placed into liquidation from
15th April 2009 and that Bryce Henry Harris is appointed liquidator.”
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 21 May 2009,
as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
