On 3 April 2009 at 11.29am, John Albert Price and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioners, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 14 May 2009, as the last day on which the creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
