On 30 March 2009 at 9.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, chartered accountant
of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of HARDWEAR CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 March 2009 at 9.00am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 20 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
