Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
It was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be placed into liquidation and that Michael William O’Reilly be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 6 April 2009 at 10.00am.
