Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 9 March 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that W.D. LANGLOIS LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Douglas Montgomery, chartered accountant of Patumahoe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 April 2009.
