Notice is hereby given that by shareholders' resolution dated the 7th day of April 2009 at 8.00am to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands as the liquidator for that purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors.
The liquidator fixes Friday, 8 May 2009, as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have on the company.
