Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 April 2009 at 11.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, it was ordered by the High Court at Auckland that SHAFTSPRY LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price be appointed liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 22 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
