Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of WAREHOUSE & FACTORY MAINTENANCE LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 6 April 2009 at 10.53am.
We fix 8 May 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
