Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Peter J. Wahlstrom, of
P J Wahlstrom & Associates (2000) Limited, was appointed liquidator of NATIONWIDE BUILDERS LIMITED on
3 April 2009 at 2.00pm.
The liquidation commenced on 3 April 2009 at 2.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
15 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
