Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy
were appointed joint and several liquidators of KAWERAU TYRES (2005) LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 April 2009 at 2.55pm.
The liquidators fix Friday, 8 May 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, and as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
