Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 27 March 2009, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that STAR GARAGE LIMITED be liquidated and that Robert Alan Francis, chartered accountant of Kaitaia, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 March 2009 at 10.00am.
