Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bruce W. Warden, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of G A & M E RAE LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 2 April 2009.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 30 April 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
